COLLEGE FOOTBALL: Week 10 Preview
COLLEGE FOOTBALL, BABY!! -WEEK 10
This past weekend my Cards beat a ranked team & the Irish delivered a nice beating on the road!
Week 9 Scores:
Louisville 24, # 16 South Florida 20
Notre Dame 33, Washington 7
Also, Penn State beat Ohio St which made me happy.
More than midway through the season, the Big 12 still wins for most dominating conference. The Mountain West wins the award for best performance from a secondary conference (by that I mean Mtn West, WAC, Conf USA, MAC, etc)

Week 10 Preview:
Louisville (5-2, 1-1 conf) had their biggest win of the year, beating # 16 South Florida 24-20! Whoo-hoo!! This Saturday evening at 7pm my boys are back on the road for another conference game, against Syracuse (1-6, 0-3 conf). We HAVE to win this game. Syracuse is in the basement of the Big East conference, losing to them would be embarassing.
Notre Dame (5-2), delivered a nice thumping to Washington on the road last week, to the tune of 33-7. It was almost a shut-out but the Irish defense was charitable at the end of the game and we let them score once. This weekend, the Irish are back at Notre Dame Stadium to play Pittsburgh (5-2), and were ranked earlier in the season. Game starts at 2:30pm (televised on NBC) and N.D. beat the Panthers in their last meeting in 2005. Let's keep the "undefeated at home this season" going on Saturday boys! I wanna see a record of 6-2. I will be at this game (probably still hungover from my Halloween Party the night before) and I will probably lose my voice from cheering because I've been having so much fun watching the guys this season ;-)
Other teams to watch:
# 8 Florida at # 6 Georgia, Saturday-3:30pm, on CBS
# 1 Texas at # 7 Texas Tech, Saturday-8:00pm, on ABC
GO IRISH!
GO CARDS!
